What is ghee spice?
Ghee is the arabic word for clarified butter. Ghee spices are often found in Middle eastern grocery stores and used to flavor clarified butter. They give the meat great flavor but I don't like using clarifed butter too much, so this is a great way to get the flavor. hope this helps, if you have anymore questions let me know.
Cool. I'm familiar with ghee -- in fact I'll probably be making some more this weekend -- but didn't know about the spices.
