I'm doing Whole 30 and eating mostly conventional meat, we can't afford the good stuff at the moment. You can still eat out, but you'll have to be VERY picky about the restaurant, and probably be that obnoxious person who asks a million questions about how the food is prepared. If I remember correctly the Carnitas at Chipotle are paleo approved, and I know in my area there is a Mongolian Grill that basically lets you pile your plate high with meat and veggies, top it with sauces of your choice (mine has simple things like salt water, garlic, ginger, stuff like that), and when it's on the grill they can add an egg. We're definitely going to go there before my Whole 30 is up![]()
