Looks like pretty good tips (except for eating veggies instead of meat..muscle wastage cant be healthy..). Now if she started goin on and on about eating more whole grains, that'd be bad, especially eating the rice instead of the meat. The horror!

It appears that the righties are shooting the messenger. If she advocated a full paleo diet you guys would hate her, I think.
Hate is not a good thing to harbor. Probably increases cortisol.
I hated most of the policies of GW, but not the man. I would have loved to invite him in for a beer.
Tolerance and love are far more becoming. And stress reducing.

And I'm an atheist. None of this should shock anyone here.</blockquote>
Really off topic, but Griff, why do you go to church when you say you're an atheist?

I can all most guarantee that anything that comes out of the White House is a way to control what we eat and keep us fat and lazy so we cant rebel against this crazy socialist government. Power Up!

To me, if you are sick of hearing about her arms and how fit she is, hate the source, not the woman. I agree that her arms are nothing to admire, and I won't buy into the hype, either. But don't fault her that this is the one aspect of her life that the media has latched on to. Hate the media.
@OTB, agreed. Didn't like his policies, but I would love to drink with the guy.
@ Diana, be careful about your alliances. Especially with your tattoos and beliefs, the conservatives that you buy into wouldn't spit on you if you were on fire. It reminds me of the Log Cabin Republicans.

Ecala: I'm a Unitarian Universalist. I'm also an atheist. These two things are not incompatible.

I just registered for the forums and this is the first discussion I've read. The hateful and stupid political comments here almost makes me wish I hadn't bothered. I hope the other discussions focus on health issues.

funkycamper: This discussion is actually anomalous. Look at some of the other threads and you'll get a better taste in your mouth for MDA's forums.
And welcome to the forums!

Griff & Ecala, just to chime in, I'm an atheist, but also a pagan. Neither are in conflict with one another.
