I'm just a newbie but seems like 30 Day Shred might qualify as a "sprint" . It's 3 20 minute interval workouts.
Are there any DVD workout videos out there that are (or close to) the Paleo fitness (Primal) style? I like the idea of working out with a video companion.
I've seen the "Intensity" and "P90X" commercials. Would those mimic Paleo if one were to ignore their nutrition advice and stick to Paleo?
Or are there others out there?

Stick to basics...
For a beginner...
Upper body - Pushups, pullups, dips, pike presses
Lower body - squats, split squats, lunges
Core - planks, swimmers, bridges
