yay, friday!
Today: small amount of damn fine chicken and broccoli for breakfast. lunch at chipotle (salad, chicken/steak, mild/medium salsa, guac.). dinner at carrabas (family's choice), marsala steak with broccoli/cauliflower, cesar salad. stomach ache now. We had dinner around 9:30-10.. isn't it too soon to be having a bad reaction? (and to what? veg oils? trace gluten from the croutons I picked out of the salad?)
