    I am also the only one in the family and my parents and my sister eat unfortunately a lot of industrial products, because my mother little cook ! their food consists mainly of cereals and often as fat, of course I'm not even talking about sugar for dessert ...

    Same here I don't have a sibling, though~

    My mother cooks a lot, but she often makes my dad things with low-fat industrial products etc. I've managed to convert them over to coconut oil they still scoff at butter, though they like it, but think its only place is in desserts because desserts are supposed to be unhealthy - how else can they be so delicious? :P
