Embracing primality at the hospital cafe

    Primal Fuel
I work in a hospital. Given that my 2 egg breakfast was at about 6:30 I was (unusual for me) hungry at 9:30. Hopped on over to the hospital cafe and grabbed some bacon strips, and a couple sausages. And that's it!

Somehow doing that in the hospital is a bit of thumbing the nose at CW!

I'm surprised that a hospital cafe even has those foods as options!

I too work in a hospital. In fact, I'm getting ready to go grab some eggs, bacon, and sausage for breakfast right now. The other day we actually had sweet potato and yam country style potatoes!

I also work for a hospital. I now work from home (glory be!), but had many years of eating at the hospital cafe. Plenty of Primal options there. We have a separate salad bar as well as a separate to-order grill for some hamburger patties as well as an a la carte refrigerated case where hard-boiled eggs and tuna salad can be grabbed. Also fresh fruit. Just be careful on the scrambled eggs: make sure they are real eggs and not that weird powered fake stuff.
