Where can I find Paleo/Caveman/Primal Blueprint meal plans with a caloric b
I am in a bulking (weight gain) stage right now so I need a high calorie diet. I know it will be hard to get a lot of calories on a diet that relies almost solely on meat and fruits/veggies but I think this is the healthiest way to put on lean weight.
Take a pint of heavy cream and a can of coconut milk. Add cocoa powder, vanilla, whatever you like for flavoring. Blend in a banana or some berries. Add whey powder if you want to increase your protein.
Drink - but only after dinner. If you drink this before dinner, good luck getting a decent meal down your throat. You can get a primal caloric surplus through liquid fat calories pretty easily.
