Here is the recipe to make your own shawerma spice mixture:

    Ingredients:

    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp ground coriander
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1/2 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp turmeric
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
