Hey guys, thanks for all the replies. I might try experimenting with some of these, although how does using a yoga ball instead of a chair exercise you more?
I do try to get up every once in awhile and jump around a bit, but I can't really start doing pushups during the middle of philosophy (unfortunately.)
And yes, I am doing the primal blueprint fitness plan and I just got the Primal Blueprint from the library yesterday, so I can actually read the book instead of just knowing what not to eat.
