For several reasons, I need to start using coconut oil and liver more as supplements for health than as food to enjoy. I don't particularly enjoy either of them. I don't do a lot of cooking that would be complemented by coconut oil and I just flat out don't like the feel of it in my mouth if I take it by the mouthful. Same with liver, although more with the taste.

So for those of you who have run up against this issue, talk to me about the creative ways that you've found to include these things in your diet!
