I'll take the complete lack of response to mean I had either inadvertently written my post in another language or that nobody is interested.
I received the book today.
Happy to comment on it - that is, if anyone is interested.

I am. I won't get mine till next week. How are the recipes?
i haven't received mine yet either.
Huh. I thought it wasn't coming out until the 25th. Guess I should check my mail...

If you ordered it from Amazon you won't get in untill after the 25th. I think the only people who got it early got it from Mark's website.
I'm still waiting for mine. I ordered off Mark's website, but I'm in Canada, so it will take longer I assume.

Well yes, as a matter of fact - 30 some views and nobody had commented at all. Now that I actually have the book....I'm Mr. Freakin' Popular - haha.
Anyway - I checked through the new book thoroughly last night and I think I like it even better than the first. Each recipe has a nutrition chart showing fats, carbs and proteins etc, which is pretty cool. The recipes look even better than the PBC (Primal Blueprint Cookbook). This time it's divided up into mealtimes - i.e. breakfast recipes, lunch recipes, etc. As far as the 30 minute meal preps - a suggestion to set aside some time each week to cut/prep veggies for the week ahead. I think if that's done, each of these could easily be 30 minutes. But... the same could be said for the PBC. Has anyone done the cabbage and sausage recipe in the PBC? That one takes no more than 10 minutes prep - total. Also like the first, these recipes seem to lend themselves well to experimenting and adjusting wildly according to your own tastes. There's a whole section on sauces and another on rubs. I'm looking forward to getting into it!
Nice work, Mark and Jennifer!
Package arrived today, no new cookbook, just the original one (which I ordered at the same time). I hope the other one is on its way.
