What kind of coconut milk do you buy?

Canned organic full fat - Brand is Aroy-D from Thailand

I reconstitute Let's Do Organic Creamed Coconut, as it is only coconut--no guar gum or other additives.

Arroy-D is by far the richest and tastiest. Runner up is another brand called Kara. I've only been able to find them in Chinese markets. Canned stuff tastes like bleach after having it, though, so if you can find some you won't be sorry.

I buy from Whole Foods, Organic 365 brand I think. It's been giving me stomach issues lately though
