Expeller pressed CO vs Virgin CO

    Primal Fuel
Just a couple of months ago, I bought Nutiva EV CO for $35 a gallon and now it's $88 and sold out to boot!! I found Expeller pressed CO fro about half the price. I've used only VCO for the last 2 years. Is expeller pressed just as good? Would you recommend buying it?

Expeller pressed CO still has the MCTs (the main reason we use CO) of virgin but it is missing some other nutrients like Vitamin E and other antioxidants.

I use both. EPCO is great when you don't want the coconut flavor. I used that for eggs mostly.

Also, you don't want to use EPCO to put on your skin as it clogs the pores. Not so with EVCO.

I use the virgin stuff on my skin, and when I don't mind coconut flavor (curry, cocao treats etc.) but the expeller pressed for frying things I don't want to taste like CO.
The more I see the less I know for sure.
