    Why is it that I lost a lot of water weight even though my sodium intake hasn't changed when switching to LC?

    Because sodium intake has very little to do with water retention if you're eating correctly.
    Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.
