i don't track my calories, but i do check them about once or month or so just out of curiosity. eating two meals in a 6-8 hour eating window i find that i can eat the same amount of calories at about 70%+ fat. i think in general though i'm eating less than i would eating more often...though that is largely dependent upon what i'm eating. i eat way differently in the winter than i do in the summer.
