Any benefits to consuming suet over tallow?

I mean they are essentially the same thing, but does rendering change its nutritional profile. I ran out of coconut oil, can't tolerate butter, and currently am to lazy to render it. Could I just consume as it is? i really need a fat source.

Rendering doesn't change its nutritional profile as long as temps are kept low (<250F)

I definitely think there's benefits to consuming it raw. For one, you don't have to waste time cooking.

Also I've read a lot about heat created toxins.

It also makes sense that if the omega 3 in flax seed oil goes bad when cooked, that the same would happen when cooking omega 3 containing foods.

I think it won't keep as long if you don't render it. The tissues rot.
The remainder is an unjustifiable, egotistical power struggle
At the expense of the American dream, American dream
    Of the American

We don`t give a damn about your world
    With all your global profits
    And all your jeweled pearls
We don`t give a damn about your world
    Right now, right now!
