So on another weight loss/health forum I'm on, I mentioned my "Super Nog" as a way to get 1200 cals pretty much instantly, with plenty of protein, and not feel hungry all day long. My super nog contains a half pint of heavy whipping cream, 6 eggs, vanilla, and nutmeg. A few days ago, I asked on here if HWC was a good choice for fats, and the general consensus was "Yum, go for it!", but I got knocked down on this other forum for mentioning it b/c it's loaded with saturated fat.
Is my super nog bad? I thought it was the perfect post-workout snack/meal with all of its protein, virtually nonexistent carbs, and delicious fat.
