I LOVE my jungle o-housplants, & now I love them even more. My dad is a Realtor & he tells clients to put plants in houses where there were smokers. They suck up all the horrid smells.
Mark, I just came across this article A Superhero Scrubs the Air: The Mighty Houseplant - WSJ.com in the Wall Street Journal about using plants to help purify the air we breathe. I think an interesting article would be not only the physical benefits we might derive from having plants and natural substances around, but the psychological as well.
I know I for one feel much better in an environment that is more natural, compared to a sterile, modern fabricated environment.
You always have such great insights into topics, I'd like to see where you go with this.
