I melted 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate (gluten and casein free), 1 tsp of coconut oil, 1 tsp of almond butter and a couple drops of honey. Mixed it all together, poured it out on wax paper and stuck it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

It came out oddly shaped, but tasted fabulous.

I thought about adding coconut. My daughter wanted to try a fresh one and we cracked it open yesterday. I may shred some and try it again.

I love doing this with cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla, a teeny bit of honey and toasted hazelnuts. Chocolate and hazelnuts... mmmm! Haven't made it in a while, maybe I will for easter.
The more I see the less I know for sure.
