The sugar high
...makes me feel ill.
I try pretty hard to be primal but my wife still likes her rice and bread and pasta. Today I had oatmeal with her for breakfast- raisins, milk, and butter added- and got a massive sugar rush.
The same thing happened this afternoon when I had a small bit of yogurt with the fruit on the bottom. I've got to quit this.
I get a little loopy, and the taste in my mouth changes. I get a strange sensation in my sinuses, and overall I feel really tired and run down for a while.
Just gotta quit.
