I was wondering if anyone had the sauce ingredients and measurements for the Coconut Curry Meatloaf in the Digital Reader Created Coconut Cookbook? Also for the Coconut Pecan Chicken Strips while I am asking.

I did download the book, it just didn't have the amounts for the sauces...for the chicken it had the ingredients in the directions just not the amounts. I'm still new to this to be guessing on the amounts this early in the game.

You're right, there are some ingredients missing from those recipes! Hopefully the authors will see your post!
