For techno speed work I like - Chemical Brothers, Okenfeld, The Crystal Method (vegas is a great album), terranova, prodigy, bloc party and fluke.
For hard driving hills and lifting I gravitate toward Government Mule (the deepest end is a great ablum), Led Zepplin, seether, sublime, nickelback, 3 doors down, rage against the machine, metallica, alice in chains and AC/DC.
If you like instrumental and epic-sounding, Two Steps From Hell. I pretty much just crank it and go.
