    Help improve my workout?

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    Hello!

Looking for some thoughts on how to improve my workout (in case you didn't guess from the title!)
Currently I do bodyweight exercises at home every 2-3 days.

    This is a typical workout:

3 x 10 pushups (girly ones, but I'm working on it...)
    3 x 10 tricep dips
    3 x 15 squats
3 x bridge (approx 30-40 sec each time so far)
    3 x 10 lunges (sometimes jumping lunges)

I feel like I should be doing more, or at least getting more variety? However my options are limited. I don't have any way to do pull-ups, so sadly those are out of the question. I also try to avoid burpees because I feel sorry for my downstairs neighbours

Anybody got any extra ideas? I'm simply aiming to build muscle and get stronger.

    Thanks for any input!

    - sprinting
    - kettlebell swings (buy a 25# kettlebell at Walmart for $9)
    - static hand stand holds against your wall
    - tabata airsquats, tabata situps - count your least reps per round to score yourself
    - medicine ball cleans
    - burpees
    - supermans
    - V-ups

    Thanks for the ideas.

If I were to do some of them though, would I be adding them in or substituting other exercises?
I mean, is what I'm doing right now ok, or am I missing muscles groups?

If I did supermans, V-ups and some tabata exercises, should I take some other exercises out? Thanks!

nah you shouldn't take anything out - just keep adding more! more reps, weight, exercises, volume, intensity
