    Lyrics:
    I stand between two worlds
There is no middle ground for me
The tears that fall Have wanted it all
There is no return for me

One look is all it took and I fall apart...

I keep making peace with the past
Then the present won't let me
Thought the memories were buried so deep
Envy takes over, that should be me

All it took is one look, and I fall apart...

    Sometimes I feel the fire
    Satisfy this crippling nostalgia
Sometimes my heart is a liar
With nowhere to run but to you
    Inside a failing desire
To put aside and forget it all
    This time my mind conspired
    So freely
    What does it mean?

    I stand between two worlds
There is no middle ground for me
The tears that fall Have wanted it all
There is no return for me

Alterbridge - One Day Remains, great CD, why did I not get this before?!

And on the other end of the scale Nell Bryden - Shake the Tree, that girl can sing!

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Converge - Phoenix in Flight (Lyrics) - YouTube

Sounds like a more ethereal version of a lot of my favorite 90's music. Like Bush, Manson and Smashing Pumpkins mulched and sprayed against a wall, left to drip.
