    I tend to gravitate to the melancholy. Right now I am listening to Eberhard Weber's Fuild Rustle album - track 1 Quiet Departures Myspace Music Player .
    Weber on his upright electric 5-string bass, Gary Burton on vibes/marimba, Bill Frisell with butterfly wing delicate guitar, two wordless woman singers and even (at 11 min. in) balalaikas. Gotta love it.

    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
