I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

I can confirm the veracity of this research, n = 1, having recently lived in SF and in the process of planning a trip to Istanbul.

Ah, that is cool and makes a lot of sense. Until now I had been thinking of paleo man as I do the plains Indians, following the heards and foraging wherever possible without any particular home, but a sort of "promised land" type situation would automatically draw them in. The wetlands in Alberta>The plains, if you don't want to starve. At least now that the white man killed most of the bison, that is.
