I find myself eating more for fuel instead of any resemblance of a "normal" meal lately. Combining whatever is in the fridge or pantry for something to eat, simple and and fast to prepare

Last night's dinner; 2tbsp butter, 3 strips bacon, 2 eggs and 4cups chopped broccoli. Cook bacon till crispy and add the remaining ingredients and fry till broccoli is tender

The previous night; 2tbsp bacon fat, 1/2 can of albacore tuna, 2 eggs and 1/2 head of cabbage shredded. Combine all and cook till cabbage is wilted and eggs cooked thoroughly.
