It's that time again!
It's been 3 months since I began cooking dinners according to my Winter seasonal meal plan. You can search this forum for "Seasonal" to find that and my plan for Fall. Here's my 14-day Spring dinner menu, organized by animal (I mix up the order as I feel like it). Links are to inspiration recipes (which are not necessarily primal! I adapt).

taco beef with radish and avocado salsa
spaghetti squash with meaty tomato sauce
meatballs and fried cabbage
Italian wedding soup
beef fried "rice"

tom kha gai
chicken Cobb salad

crockpot pulled pork with mustard sauce and slaw
leftovers of above

Seafood/no central meat
Seared salmon with spinach in roasted poblano cream sauce
cream of asparagus soup
BLT benedict with mozzerella and avocado
pan-fried shrimp with green curry cashew sauce & sesame carrot salad

Shopping List
(note this list doesn't include all spices)
5 lbs ground beef
1 whole chicken
1 pork shoulder
1 lb salmon
1 lb shrimp
1 pkg bacon

1 carton eggs
heavy cream
1 small tub plain yogurt

1 box frozen spinach
4 avocados
1 head romaine
6 radishes
a few jalapenos
2 salad's worth of tomatoes (how many depends on the size)
3 lbs asparagus
1 bag onions
1 large spaghetti squash
1 thumb ginger
1 bag carrots
2 poblanos
10oz spinach
1 bunch cilantro
1 lime
1 head cabbage
1 head cauliflower (1-2 if you want riced cauli in your wedding soup)

dijon mustard
2 cans coconut milk
fish sauce
tomato sauce (no added ingredients!)
1 small container grated parmesan cheese
1 small can cashews
vinegar of your choice
several pints of chicken stock (I use better than bullion or homemade so I don't know the exact amount)
