My husband LOVES it when we are at training practice and I 'accidentily' reward call our big boy Thomas with "Bunny" which is my pet name for him in front of all the K-9 guys.
    It's SOOO manly.
Yes, I troll my husband at every possible opportunity.

I like to tease husband about buying our Thomas pink accessories too... he's vanilla colored! He would look great in pink accessories!

I think that all dogs are like children; no matter their background, they behave in public the way their parents allow them to behave. Whether it's a bad kid or a bad dog... look at the adult standing close by and lay the blame right there where it belongs.

Love in a white fur coat. <3

    27th July 2013. weight after 100 days 136.9 weight lost 101.2lb ; that's 105.6lbs since I stopped the 'diabetic eating for health'

There probably is one in the archives somewhere...

Someone can Gripe of the Day at me for using this thread inappropriately if they like.

OK... my GOTD is blaming dogs instead of Dog OWNERS.
    (Still love you Paleobird! )
    There I fixed my trespasses.

Shelter dogs have a completely different attitude. I swear, they KNOW you rescued them.

Clients who believe that I can drop everything and work to get their special little edit out by day end tomorrow, regardless of other deadlines. This particular client is heinous about it. "Hey, move the parking and get me the grading changes by tomorrow." "Hey, address these comments and get it to me in an hour."
Hey, fuck off. You have multiple clients and so do I.

Why are most people so dumb these days. I simply have to interact with people only if absolutely necessary. You have to explain things to them like they are first graders, and yet they get it wrong! Simple, straight forward stuff. Sheeeesh!

We don't have that problem in Egypt because, well, there are no traffic control signals except for a handful in Cairo that seldom work and are ignored when they do work.

It was kind of like that in China. We were amazed at some of the large intersections with no traffic lights. And yes, even when they did have them, they were pretty much ignore. It kind of explains the driving of my tai chi teacher who was from there. We also learned to cross the street when a really big group of people were crossing. Safety in numbers.
