(Before you start lecturing me abt vitamin D intake and levels, I have that covered. I'm just really, really fair.)
4 hours is way too much time in the sun. Zinc helps with sunburn, try using zinc oxide mixed with coconut oil and apply it liberally as I have to do.
tell me if you feel this pain

I've been using the "blue goo" (aloe with lidocaine.) It'll go away in a day or so with liberal usage of that. As to time in the sun, it couldn't be helped. I had yardwork that needed doing.

People who abandon animals. Did my first volunteer shift at the local shelter today, so heartbreaking. Probably not just my gripe of the day, my gripe of all time!

Athletes foot. Tea tree oil, plain lotion, and foot powder are helping tremendously, but one of my toes is being super stubborn and I want to stomp on it until it dies so it doesn't itch anymore today.

Got a super bad sunburn when I was a teenager visiting my aunt, 2nd degree level burn. She put evaporated milk on it and the good news was that it took the pain away immediatly. The bad news was that she had a cat that drove me crazy the rest of the day.

Right now I'm suffering from Extreme Boredom. This is usually when I start to wander towards the pantry, so I'm trying to distract myself by commenting on different threads. Just ignore me.

GOTD: People who need to make up their farking minds already!

I am considering this gorgeous rental condo but then come to find that the owner also has it listed as for sale. If you didn't plan to rent it, you shouldn't have listed it. Now they tell me they need a couple of days to decide. Meanwhile other prospective places are "getting away". Grrrr.

Having to accept that I probably AM ill, but won't be ill enough to get out of work for the last week before Easter.

Being healthy can be a pain in the ass.
I rarely talk to people about Paleo/Primal, but, when I do, it's when they're NOT complaining about their weight or health.

You see, I don't really "do" pity. And one thing I've learned about people is that they're more open to suggestion when they're happy and stable. When they complain they only ever want pity, not to be advised.

People need to quit giving you the runaround! They must be blind not to see what an amazing tenant you'd be.
