    Poured rain all day.

I think it's salmonella. That's the only thing that fits the symptoms & timing. Five to seven days, they say, to get rid of it. This is only day three.

Depressed today. It's like I'm just completely sapped of everything. Brain power, happiness, energy.

GOTD: Doing a bang up job of dieting and exercise and then BAM! during sandbag swings my lower back decides to lock up on me like it did last november and in december. So now I can't workout. Whatever. I'll just be a huge cow next to my fit ass sister at her wedding. I dont care.

So you were counting on exercise to lose the weight for you?

I read an article a while back about a study that showed that people who diet and exercise to lose weight often end up giving up both when something goes wrong and they have to temporarily stop exercising.

Signed up for the precision nutrition cert - £92 shipping and I got stung with a £50 customs charge. Found out books are vat exempt but of course they ignored that. Cheque in the post from UPS but still a lot of money to post 2 books.

Me, too. If you lived close enough, we could be dumpy and mopey together.

I'm definitely having a quarter-life existential crisis at the moment, doubting lots of choices I've made in the past that have led me to this point.
