My GOTD: After reading 50 Shades again (research, I swear) I read Twilight . . . and it appeared well-written with likable characters. Urg.
Laters, baby was kinda cute from Elliot, because it fit him. From Christian it was just another "trying too hard" kinda thing. Oh, and disturbing.

Regarding the spam, I used to have my own bodybuilding forum - and eventually spam killed it.
This site is using vBulletin software, so giving some people 'moderator' status should be easy (unlike my custom-made system, which once the spammers figured out became impossible to police as they were auto-spamming by the hour...)
The success stories and ongoing stories are a MAJOR reason I bought Marks books (both cookbooks, the PB and the 21 day thing). It would be a real waste of this sales resource and the inspiration for us if they look spam destroy this forum.
This isn't hundreds of different things, these are the same people posting the same crap, just deal with them for chrissake!

I even tried moving the URL. In the end it crashed the system so often I couldn't be bothered repairing it, because the real visitors had left...
