Dunno about PVP
You can play offline and bar your game from friends or strangers
Dunno about LAN/what that really is for games
Servers weren't stable during first week, seem better now
Skill set is completely different so I don't think that's a fair comparison
Beat normal within 4-5 hours of playing, but the rest of the difficulties are pretty challenging (so far and from what I've read)
I liked the music, very Diablo-y
Don't know why they think it's influenced by WoW
Don't know what spawned copy means
Battle.net, again, whole different beast with this version
Definitely difficult in other difficulty settings, but normal is very easy
Inventory management is needed, but town portal costs nothing now

So i can play with no connection to the internet at all? not even a little bit of connection?

Means that I dont have to own it, but i must play with someone that does own it and that is my limit

I was hoping to get it, but i heard that I must log in to play.... Epic Fail. You DO NOT control my access to a game I paid money for, unless it is subscription (Guild Wars). I can play starcraft totally offline. Supreme Commander 2 Killed the new gaming model for me, i no trust!

Oh yeah I guess you do need a connection to play =\ It authenticates to the battle.net servers. I'm used to WoW in that respect, forgot how it used to be.

I don't think you can do LAN parties with it, but you can log into a friend's game easily so you don't HAVE to be in the same place.

Your frustrations make sense, especially considering it's not a subscription-based game, so they are definitely thinking about WoW and getting more $$ out of it, especially with the new auction system (that doesn't work yet) where you use real money for items. Does not deter me from playing though, I like the story line and play style.

Oh I was talking about the anti-porn spambot...i think they must have been deleted by the puppet-masters...there was about 10 threads this morning talking about how you shouldn't be addicted to porn, look at it, smell it, glance at it, etc. Like, totally, whatever.
