I lived in Cincinnati for a while, spent plenty of time in Springfield/Xenia/Yellowsprings.
Must be something about Ohio and this forum. My family's from Defiance, near Toledo. I haven't lived there since I was 10 (thank fuck) but I have a bunch still there.

What are you guys thoughts on this link?

Diet Guide to Combat Digestive Problems

It's about improving your digestive tract. Which is a good thing but some of the items it says to avoid I dunno like avocados, eggs, milk, etc.

EDIT: I think I might've read it wrong. The avocado seems to mean for when it is dried.

Oh and isn't coconut oil good? I've read here it is basically one of the best oils to cook with.

No, it's regular avocado. The reason for that is that it's got sorbitol. But looking over the foods it makes no sense. They recommend a lot of starchy foods and grains as well as fruit. If you have digestive issues it would be the opposite to see if you have fructose malabsorption, in which case strawberries and bananas are more easily digested, although each comes with problems of its own. And I'm not sure about the reasoning behind citrus fruits, unless they suspect an allergy or the xylitol, which some can handle and some can't. And as far aas vegetable are concerned, also it depends on the person. If they have FM some are okay and others aren't. The link is full of CW fail and a complete lack of understanding of what a lot of people have issues with.

Well the next column shows avocados as a food to eat. I dunno about this list. It says to also use canola oil and I've read that is pretty bad.
