Yeah. Thanks but no! I've done the neti pot thing (and I don't mind it) but it never really seems to work all that well for me. Oh well. It'll go away soon. For one thing since I woke UP with a headache (my new GOTD) from the sinus pressure I am starting my day today with benadryl and ibuprofen. I have to go to work at the office and I'll darned if I'm gonna sit in the dungeon and stare at a computer all day today with this stupid headache.

I like to put the tiniest bit of pure lemon essential oil in my neti with the salt and warm water. Kicks the trash out of a sinus infection in the course of an hour or 2. Sometimes it stings like the devil, and it takes about half an hour for the effects to really start working, but everything smells lemony fresh once you can breathe again!
