Everyone over at the Low Carb Friends forum is wild about these things, but, to me, they're just another processed food that I avoid. I'd rather use the carbs on some nice veggies.
Has anyone tried these? With just 6g of carbs per 100g

Are they primal? Would love to hear your opinions/experiences.

I generally find sticking to the PB a lot simpler and more effective if I don't mess around with processed foods, even if they're nominally acceptable. Like emmie, I'd rather use the carbs on veggies or something else with nutritional value.

I use spaghetti squash.
I have never seen these but heard they smell fishy.
Literally.
They are nasty. I tried them during my last desperate HCG attempt.
My advice? Get thee a summer squash and a vegittttibull peeler, or a spaghetti squash. Or cauliflower rice.
Step aWAY from the nastyass notnoodles.
Apparently there are 2 types. One made with tofu and one made with glucomannan konjac root. The konjac root one really interests me because it is the active ingredient in PGX, a diet supplement. Basically its just fiber. I haven't tried it, but I'm sure there are a ton of people who shop where I work who would buy them.
Calm the f**k down.
They talked about PGX on a local TV station one day touting its benefits. It sold out at a few health food stores within a couple of days.

I had the konjac ones. They smell like bad fish, and taste like silicone. Actually, they have no taste, and FEEL like silicone.
