Calories in/calories out is valid. Low carb affects your appetite and allows you to reduce calories in easily. Pretty straightforward.
Gordo~ It's a bit more than that--basically, if you eat low carb enough & keep your insulin levels low (how low carb depends on each individual), you can eat as much as you want and not store the excess as body fat.
