Day 01 (02/28/2011): Primal Food Intake:
B: 2 eggs (sunny side up), 2 strips of bacon, 1 cup of coffee w/ heavy cream.
L: Spinach salad with ham, grapes, mushrooms, and a handful of almonds. lemon water to drink.
D: No dinner, I'll fast till morning.
As many rounds as I can do in 30 min. (50yd sprint, 1 pull-up, 2 push-ups, 3 air squats, and then 100yd KB carry.)
