I知 trying to come up with a workout for today. I think I値l do rounds of: 50yd sprint, 1 pull-up, 2 push-ups, 3 air squats, and then 50yd KB carry. 30min sounds nice.
That's good plan for todays workout and will help me in to fulfill the requirements
of a day for the exercise.
Sounds good, I had something similar in mind.
It was loads of fun. I changed the KB carry's to 100yd's, the weaker hand got the heavier bell. I got 7 rounds in 30 min and I ended with an extra sprint. I love my pull-up bar to be a tree, lol. For a warm up, i climbed the tree to the top.
