Blood test Results after 2 years on a primal diet
I have been primal since May 2009 so virtually 2 years:
Just had my Coronary Risk Profile blood tests done:
Cholesterol Total :
2011 201 (5.21) Jacked up as the HDL is UP which is GOOD) :-) Desirable level <5.2 or 200 Borderline but still OK
2007 171 (4.42)
2011 57.4 (1.48) This has incrreased - Desirable level > 35 or 0.9 .....THIS IS EXCELLENT :-)
2007 39.5 (1.02)
2011 3.5 desirable level < 5.0 :-))
2007 4.3 desirable level < 5.0
2011 0.81 or 72 Desirable level <200 or <2.26 .... FANTASTIC :-))
2007 1.34 or 119
2011 0.37 or 14.3 Desirable level <1.09 or < 42 !!
2007 0.61 or 23.8
2011 3.36 or '129' Desirable Level <3.4 or < 130 This is NOT so good :-(( significant increase
2007 2.79 or 107
My LDL has increased significantly BUT since my HDL has increased; my doctor said he likes what am eating so and the new exercise plan and yet my HDL has increased which is good and Triglycerides also dropped significantly.
My treadmill test shocked them all my pass out test stopped at 164 and after 16 minutes vs in 2007 10 minutes and 178 !
My weight went from 76 kgs in 2007 to 77.4 today but body fat dropped from 22% in 2007 to 14% today

I wonder about your LDL, did you have a VAP test done to see it it's pattern A or pattern B?

A VAP test will tell you if your LDL particles are large or small.
The small ones are harmful, the large ones are benign.
Edit: judging from your other numbers, they are probably large and therefore you have nothing to worry about
