i count calories mainly to track my fats/carbs/protein. i use livestrong.org. . . it is super easy and makes me mindful of what goes in my mouth. the nice thing about pb is that i am not hungry between meals. i used to be a super grainy carb snacker and now i do not even miss it, especially the tummy bloat!
