Well, there's no accounting for tastes. But the compliment is appreciated.

i count calories mainly to track my fats/carbs/protein. i use livestrong.org. . . it is super easy and makes me mindful of what goes in my mouth. the nice thing about pb is that i am not hungry between meals. i used to be a super grainy carb snacker and now i do not even miss it, especially the tummy bloat!

I honestly don't think I'm under eating. I may not eat often but I can really pack it in. And I have no lack of energy. Some of the upper body LHT moves are hard for me due to some post surgical scarring but I'm working through and past that very ...energetically.

I checked out their website and it is HUGE. Do you happen to have a link for that tracking system? Alternatively, what tracking systems has anybody else had good results with?
