I think this needs an obligatory bump

I'm also one of those people who truly does need to be really limited to heal from celiac, but the amount of stuff healthy people cut out boggles my mind!

Me too - I do have to cut out a fair bit (nightshades and FODMAPs), but believe me, if there is anything I can sneak back into my diet that is primal and healthy - I do! There is no way on earth I am going to get rid of dairy, fruit and nuts if I don't have to. Now if only I could have a nice potato every now and then without 2 days of achiness ensuing.....

Don't forget that on top of all of this, you have to also avoid stressing about your food because stress = cortisol which will make all of the fat in your body migrate to your belly and stay there until the end of time!

    So don't panic...

Thank you for bumping this! One of the reasons I was drawn to the PB was Mark's laid-back keep-it-simple vibe, but honestly this forum scares the crap out of me sometimes. Then I start second-guessing and get stressed out about the most ridiculous things.

I really, really needed to read this. Awesome!
