Hey all just wanted to share this smoothie recipe I came up with today trying to mimic one of my FAVORITE primal indulgences ( dark chocolate,almond and sea salt bar ) .
In a blender mix:
Half can full fat coconut milk
6 to 7 ice cubes
1 or 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup almonds ( whole or slivered )
1 tsp sea salt
Blend away and enjoi !
Love to get some feedback on this one cause I love it ! IT's a nice juxtaposition of flavors. Grok on all !!!
