    Low-Carb Pastry Substitutes?

    Just wondering if there are any primal substitutes for PASTRY. Perhaps using almond-flour of some kind? Has anyone had any success with pastry-substitutes on the PB?

    There are a ton of recipes regarding baking on the recipes section of the blog. Search there, you will find a lot of information. I personally use coconut flour and almond flour to make pastries but that is only once or twice a month if I am feeling I need a treat

    People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.
