High Fat Low Carb (Raw Vegan)
i'm trying to look for some raw plant HIGH FAT LOW CARB Foods...
I've only found... the Avocado. which is 9 grams of carbs per 100 grams.
nuts and seeds have too much carbs for me.
other than that olives are hard to find without vinegar in them...
so i might resort to olive oil, even though it's processed or just eat avocados all day, but ehh... i dunno it sucks,

well, i eat only plants. i eat only raw. i'm low carbs.
so that leads me to just avocado as my main fat fuel source. and raw coconuts as others suggested. which will be a bitch to open. know of any coconut opening tools?

What about taurine, carnosine, coq10, b12, choline, k2? All nutrients that are found either exclusively in animal foods or animal foods are the best sources.

I can't see why you couldn't use virgin coconut oil. Macadamias are not high in digestible carbs or pufa's.

yeah, i agree. if avos and cocos don't work then i probably will resort to animal fats...
but one problem though. it has to be raw. I will not cook that shit. it's easier to digest. but what about mercury / steroid injections?
you know of any animal fats i can eat raw?
