I'm just going through my book titled "Ingredients" again. It's a great reference book. Some of the items are Opossum, Emu, Ostrich, Kangaroo, Crocodile, Frog's legs, Mutton-Bird (read Puffin), all sorts of birds, lists all the innards, external parts including eyes and ears... and that's just animals with hide, hoof and feather.

Then there's fish and seafood, oils, fruits and vegetables, grains, pasta, EVERYTHING.
