I Wanted to know what way of eating would be better for weight loss. I work from 4 pm to 12am and sleep from about 3 am to 11 or 12. I then go for an hour walk and then come home and eat breakfast. I then eat about 7 pm at work. My goals right now are weight loss only. Would it be better to wait until 7pm to eat and then eat at midnight when I got home. Or should I stick to what I'm doing? Thanks in advance for any advice.
I think what you're doing now sounds better since there is more time in between meals.
