Starting the whole 30 in march...a couple questions
I started the primal lifestyle on 1-1-11 and have my diet pretty dialed in. My next step was to tackle the whole thirty...but I have a couple of questions.
Is salt and pepper ok for the whole 30? what other seasonings are ok?
Eggs? I usually eat three over easy each morning, am I going to need to come up with something different?
Franks red hot? yay or nay?
