Oops, I posted before I was done...
In the article they totally admit that the connection with total cholesterol hasn't ever really been established and that maybe triglycerides are more important. YAY!
Then they suggest reducing sat fat, cholesterol, alcohol and more exercise. ....But wait! Even CW supposedly knows that Trigs are raised by sugar, alcohol, and carbs in general. So why still focus on FAT???
